We appreciate your prayer for the contract with the construction firm for the Church of the Wind. The Lord worked
best in everything, and we will sign a contract with Obayashi Corporation on November 22 Thursday.

The ground-breaking ceremony will take place at the site for the Church of the Wind at 11:00 a.m. on December 3

This contract is extraordinary in that we are going to pay 90% of the full cost for the construction in advance on the
first day of the work. We have decided to make this contract because we believe that the Lord has especially
selected Obayashi Corporation for the Church of the Wind. The people of both the design company and the
construct company are all surprised with this contract and said, "This is a very extraordinary contract. Because it is
built upon trust, we will try our best to construct a satisfactory building so that we will not betray your trust."
